More Fun With Our Family

On our trip to the Big City we went boating with the Behle family.

I even got to wakeboard. Man is that a workout! I think today is the first day since then that I'm not sore!!

Yes I know this picture is sideways, but I had to show you all how great Mandy looked for her big 80's bash! We had a big party for her 30th birthday.

Everyone dressed-up for the occasion...

And everyone looked great!!

Fun With Our Family

This last week we were able to spend some time with our family. And while it was a little busy, we had a lot of fun!!

Although this picture makes it look like Porter doesn't like Cohen, he really does... he just didn't like Cohen sitting on his blanket. Porter actually played with Cohen this trip and was interested in him, where before he just wasn't sure what to make of his new cousin. But soon, Cohen won't be the youngest grandchild on the McAfee family side... Congrats Jen and Andy!!

We had a fun day swimming with Jen and Porter and Grandma Black's house. Jen and I took turns sitting in the shade with Cohen and swimming with Porter. Porter kept saying he was swimming like a mermaid and kicking his legs like a caterpillar. He is so cute!

Cohen also met two cousins he hadn't before. Mykell and Luke came down from Idaho for the weekend. They are growing up so fast! Mykell was such a big help with Cohen!

Keri, Jordan, McKinlee and Hunter also came up for the weekend. It was so fun to have the whole family there at once! It was the first time all the grand kids were in one place!

And congratulations to Jena for passing your test and officially becoming a nurse!! We are so proud of you!

Camping Adventure

So a couple of weekends ago, we went camping at Flaming Gorge with Nana and Papa and had a ton of fun! Good thing for us they had a tent trailer so it made things way easier with Cohen.

He loves to be outside, but it was pretty windy when we got there so he hung-out in the trailer.

And when he was outside we were in the shade. Unfortunately babies can't wear sunscreen until they are six months old so we have to be careful not to let him get sunburned.

We only stayed one night, but Saturday we went to the lake. We were only there for a couple of hours because Cohen got pretty restless and hot, but it was still fun. Mike got some fishing in and for the first time this summer I actually got some sun.

Overall I'd call Cohen's first camping trip a success!!
